WSC offers Cooperative Insourcing* as a vehicle to assist organizations with both long and short term staffing requirements.
What is Cooperative Insourcing? It's simply a method of using an organization's existing staff and our consultants and/or technical associates to perform either short or long term projects.
What is the advantage of Cooperative Insourcing? In today's out-sourced world, temporary staff is often utilized to fulfill project requirements because the organization either doesn't have enough of the necessary skills, or . . . doesn't have the skill set at all. The downside of using outside expertise to plan, implement or exploit corporate strategy is: when those that did the work leave (if they ever do) . . . so does most of the knowledge base about the project.
Cooperative Insourcing utilizes your staff, our consultants and technical associates to do any part or all of a project. If your organization has none of the required expertise to plan or implement

the project, WSC provides skills-transfer to a member(s) of your staff at project completion, or along the way, whichever you prefer.
What if your organization simply needs temporary assistance? WSC offers technical associates' help on short and long term projects as well.
